8 week immersion
into the energy centres of your body.
Embody a deep understanding and reverence of your divine intelligence through a merging of both Eastern and Western knowledge, and evolutionary practices. You receive a downloadable, printable pdf booklet called Sacred Empowerment: A journey through the energy centres of the body. You also receive the pre-course booklet: Understanding Subtle Energy.
Develop a greater awareness of your subtle energy with therapeutic yoga practices designed specifically for each energy centre - releasing tension, energetic stagnation or restlessness, and old trauma that you no longer wish to carry. These classes are meant to physically show you how you can activate an energy centre, release, and soften into them. Each chakra is also taught through its relevant element: earth, water, fire, air, ether.
Inner Contemplation Journal for you own personal reflection practice. This is powerful as it truly helps you to embody the wisdom, and helps your own inner alchemy.
I have compiled this course in a way that gives you more freedom.
~ You can opt to simply receive all the course material and self-pace your way through it. The minimum recommended timeframe is 8 weeks, 1 week per chakra. You can do it over a longer period if you wish. Upon completion, we have a 1:1 zoom call, included in the course price, to see how you have embodied the wisdom. You are issued with a Certificate of Completion. (Please note I have not registered this course for cpd points).
~ Accountability add on: weekly 20 min zoom call x 8 for $320, includes messenger chat for short Q&A over the duration of the course.
~ If you want to go deeper with the content and need to work through some blocks or limitations, I have a 1:1 Coaching supplement at a special rate for my chakra training participants. As each individual is different, please enquire to discuss your needs.

6 x Weekly Yoga Practices, Breath Work, Chants & Guided Meditations
Intellect alone does not transform us. Embodiment practices are delivered each week with a specific intent to show you how each of these energy centres manifest in your physical, energetic, mental and spiritual being. Through practice, you experience the qualities of grounding, flow, power, vitality, expression, vision, and unity. Practices can be modified to suit individual needs. These are pre-recorded videos and printable practice sheets.
1 x Inner Contemplation Journal
Print off your Inner Contemplation Journal at the beginning of the course so that you can easily record your daily or weekly reflections. Use the guidance and practices for each chakra to study the Self, to embrace the inner work and prepare for your coaching session/s.
60 mins of 1:1 Coaching at the finale!
After the inner work has been done, you are ready for your 1:1 coaching session. I use this time to see how you have embodied the content, what you have received from it, and to see how you will utilise it in your life moving forward. If I feel that there are any areas still requiring some more depth, we will make a plan and upon completion, you receive your Certificate. This is optional of course - I appreciate that some may embrace this course
